Moving Beyond Compliance-Led Ethics Training
The Challenge :
Moving Beyond Compliance Led - Ethics Trainings
Like many large organizations, Titan had well-defined ethics policies and governance frameworks. However, a critical question emerged:
How do you make ethics personal?
What was harder was helping them navigate the grey areas:
-
Standard compliance training was viewed as a "tick-box" exercise rather than a values-driven conversation.
-
Navigating the "Grey Areas": Real-life ethical dilemmas involve pressure from peers, sales targets, and personal loyalty.
-
Language and cultural nuances across multiple cities required a delivery format that was universally resonant yet locally relevant.
"Titan wanted employees to think beyond compliance and build a deeper understanding of ethical choices in real-world situations."
THE PROVEN METHODOLOGY
Why Artise?
"Artise's Experience-Led Transformation approach aligned with Titan's objective of creating deeper engagement, stronger recall, and meaningful behavioural reflection.."
Rather than beginning with a predefined workshop, Artise followed its transformation methodology to understand the business context, employee realities, and behavioural outcomes Titan hoped to achieve.
Artise approached Titan with a radical proposition: Don't teach ethics. Let people experience it.
We believe that transformation happens in the space between the script and the observer, where empathy
and reflection meet.
Immerse
We engaged with stakeholders to understand the ethical challenges, workplace realities, and behavioural outcomes Titan wanted to strengthen.
Reflect
We translated these insights into relatable human situations where ethical decision-making is often tested in everyday work.
Transform
Created and delivered immersive theatre-led experiences that transformed ethical dilemmas into engaging, relatable, and memorable learning moments.
Sustain
The intervention was designed to extend beyond the session, sparking conversations and reinforcing ethical thinking in the workplace.
"Chai ki Tapri" - Where the real
conversation happened.
In one particularly poignant module, we simulated a casual tea-stall conversation where a "senior" employee pressured a "junior" to overlook a small inventory discrepancy. The room went silent. It wasn't about the policy anymore; it was about the relationship. That silence was the turning point-the moment where 2,000+ employees stopped "learning" and started "feeling."
