Daalmoth traces the life of Nirmala, a young woman navigating the rigid boundaries of caste and patriarchy within a society that expects obedience without question. While those around her speak of morality and tradition, their values crumble when confronted with her dignity.
As Nirmala begins to question these inherited roles, her search for a voice becomes an act of defiance. The play powerfully exposes how caste and patriarchy intersect to control women—and what unfolds when one woman refuses to remain silent.
A compelling theatre experience that asks: Who decides how much a woman must endure, and why is her silence treated as virtue?
